I pay extra for a service pack for two years, there are about 15 shoppers in the store 25 mac employees and i have been waiting for an hour because they only have one genius an hour. absolutely ridiculous. you got all these employees with their thumbs up there ass. I know i am gonna need a a new phone and they say i have to go through the damn genius.
