Dear Prospective Employer/Recruiter,
First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to search out my resume.I’m always interested in new opportunities and while I may not always be actively looking that doesn’t mean I’m not open to new possibilities if the right thing came up. In looking at my resume, I’m sure it’s pretty obvious that I’ve spent the bulk of my career as a tech. Recently I’ve found that my talents are not restricted to just technical areas and it turns out that I’m pretty good presenting, teaching, and explaining concepts.
If you’d like to get in touch with me, please contact me via email. My phone number isn’t that hard to find, but I’ve intentionally left it off. I travel a lot, and my phone tends to be set to silent most of the time. If you contact me via email, I’ll most likely get back to you quickly. You can alternatively contact me through linkedin but I would note: if you’re a recruiter, I will not add you as a connection. This is not due to anything against recruiters, but I don’t feel comfortable with exposing my contacts information w/o thier consent.
Thanks for your interest,
Nick
